I created Zona Wellness because I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Throughout my journey as a licensed nail technician and wellness professional, I met so many people who quietly struggled with painful feet, damaged nails, or concerns that made them feel embarrassed or self-conscious. Many had been told there was nothing that could be done, while others simply avoided seeking help because they feared being judged. Those experiences inspired me to build something different. At Zona Wellness, my goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. Whether you’re visiting for specialized foot wellness, nail services, skincare, waxing, or lash services, my focus is always on creating an experience that helps you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave. I believe every appointment begins with listening. Your goals, concerns, and comfort matter. By combining continuing education, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine compassion, I strive to provide personalized care that supports both your confidence and your overall well-being. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice more than once (1) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost for any subsequent late cancellations or rescheduling.
After a third (3rd) late cancellation or rescheduling occurrence, clients may be required to prepay the full service amount before scheduling any future appointments.
Please understand that prepayment does not guarantee that future appointments will be accepted. After a third (3rd) late cancellation or rescheduling occurrence, Zona Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue future appointments, even if the client is willing to prepay the full service amount.
This decision may be made when repeated scheduling issues interfere with the ability to maintain an efficient and reliable appointment schedule.
